I've never been to a big stage concert!

Are you like me? There's so many concerts I've been busting to go to, but always never get the chance to because either A. they're sold out and B. I'm four hours from the nearest city. I live in a small rural town in Australia and when a local band plays I get so excited. Heck! When bands at my High school perform I get excited. I guess it's taught me to appreciate any type and form of music that comes along. Anyway, my sister and I were going to go the MKTO concert for their Australian tour. Unfortunately, it fell through due to the fact that we couldn't get transport there. We weren't old enough to drive by ourselves yet (L-plates!). So instead, my sister and I decided to get into the MKTO spirit and cover a song of theirs to celebrate their tour. It was so fun and I have to point out that we swapped clothes for some odd reason. Ahhh... the perks of having a twin! Check it out if you want to and don't forget to appreciate any music that comes along!

Love always,
Rose xo

ps. Also want to say I'm sorry for the clunky writing, it's not my best. The Voice Australia is on tv as I'm currently writing this, it's distracting, and Kylie Minogue is so fun to watch!

Songs to listen to when you are having a bad day.

Do you sometimes have those days (and by those days, I don't mean a day where something so terrible that something life changing happened) where you come home and feel absolutely awful? Was it the fact that nobody seemed to notice you today? Was it the dog poo on the path that you stepped on? or was it just the dark gloomy weather that dampened your mood?

Apart from poking my head into the refrigerator and discovering that there is in fact no chocolate, I like to listen to music. Somehow it seems to make things a little better. Here is a list of songs I listen to when I'm having a bad day. Not all of them have something to do with having a bad day, however the composition of the songs give out happy vibes for me. Do you have a specific song you listen to? Let me know in the comments box.

Remember things aren't always as bad as it seems. I know it sounds cheesy but tomorrow is brand new day.My sister and I also did an inspirational cover which is something along the lines of this topic. Please check it out!

Frozen the movie!

My sister and I watched Frozen a while ago and I absolutely loved the soundtrack. So we decided to cover the most recognized song from the soundtrack (Also known as when Elsa transitions from girl to ice queen with nice hair). Anyway, it took us a couple of weeks to have the piece good enough to post. So here it is!

Also don't forget to please share it or if you have a you tube, like or comment a friendly "hello".

Hiiii everyone! I'm back after so many months away. I guess I just lost some inspiration and motivation to keep posting. I have been very inspired lately and therefore I give you......

My sister and I had a casual music jam. The video below is "Not over you" By Gavin DeGraw, and I promise the next video will be of better quality. Once we sort out the memory card and battery problem. Anyway, I just figured that music should be shared and enjoyed. So I dare you to post a video of yourself singing or playing an instrument. Don't have an instrument? Get creative with cups or containers! The thing is, anyone can play music and create art. Art is not to be defined. Just remember that.

Be nice to one another,

Rose
